We believe subscription terms should be simple to understand and easy to manage.
Your 7-day trial
When eligible, new subscribers can start a 7-day free trial. A payment card is required at signup, but the subscription fee is not charged at the start of the trial. Unless canceled before it ends, the subscription will renew automatically as a paid monthly plan.
What does it cost?
The standard advertised monthly subscription is US$ 9.90/month. Your final amount, currency, any applicable taxes and renewal terms are displayed in Stripe Checkout before you confirm.
How to cancel
Sign in to iAgenda Hub. In the app, select Subscription or Free trial to open the Stripe billing portal. Use the cancellation option and follow the confirmation steps. If the option is missing or cannot be completed, please contact us using the email below.
When do charges stop?
For a trial, cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first recurring charge. For a paid subscription, the default billing portal configuration schedules cancellation at the end of the current billing period, rather than immediately. The portal displays the applicable effective date and any remaining access. Save your cancellation confirmation.
Need billing help?
If you cannot access your account, find the cancellation control, or believe there is a billing error, contact concierge@iagendahub.com. Include the email used for the account and a brief description of the issue; please do not send your card number or password.
Refunds
For refund questions, contact us with the charge date and account email. We will review requests in accordance with applicable law and the terms presented at purchase. Cancellation does not automatically mean a previously completed charge is refunded.
