Initial company setup, branding with your company logo on the app icon, configuration and preparation of personalized app access and invitations for your team. The agreed one-time fee is shown in your proposal.
The business workspace and a contracted shared storage pool with greater capacity than a standard individual workspace. Your proposal specifies the included capacity and monthly base fee; neither is fixed publicly yet.
Every authorized team member requires a user license, billed monthly in addition to the company's base subscription. The number of licenses is stated in the proposal.
Need more room? Ask for a larger shared storage package, such as 2 GB, 3 GB or 10 GB. These are capacity examples, not currently published packages or prices. Any additional recurring charge must be quoted and accepted first.
The company account owner will be able to allocate the contracted storage among team members, with a minimum allocation of 50 MB per user. Storage quotas are separate from document access permissions: managing a quota does not automatically grant access to an employee's files.
Your total company storage allowance must cover the minimum quotas of all licensed users. Additional capacity can be requested without changing the number of user licenses.
