This policy describes how iAgenda Hub and Beta handle information when you use our website, apps and optional connected features.
Last updated: October 9, 2026 · Product: iAgenda Hub / Beta
Who operates this service?
iAgenda Hub and Beta are developed by Pawmify Pet Marketplace, LLC, a company formed in Delaware, United States. Questions about privacy can be directed to concierge@iagendahub.com.
Information involved in the service
Depending on the features you choose to use, this may include account information such as your email address; calendars, tasks, contacts, notes, documents and files you submit; text or voice requests and related AI outputs; subscription status and billing references; product feedback; and technical information used for security, troubleshooting and analytics.
How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, operate requested features, organize the content you provide, manage subscriptions, respond to support requests, detect abuse and improve reliability and usability. We may also analyze usage patterns to understand product performance and guide improvements.
Optional email updates
When creating an account, you may choose to receive occasional Beta product updates, news and tips by email. Opting in to marketing is optional and is not required to use the service. You may select either Yes or No during account creation. We record your choice, and, if you opt in, the time and version of the consent statement. Marketing messages, if sent, will include an unsubscribe option. You can also request removal from marketing communications by contacting us at concierge@iagendahub.com. We do not treat registration or service-related email confirmation as permission to send marketing. Account, security and other necessary service messages are separate from optional marketing.
Service providers and integrations
The service uses external infrastructure and service providers for hosting, authentication, storage, payment processing and artificial intelligence. Depending on the features in use, these include Cloudflare (hosting and bot protection), Supabase (authentication and data storage), Stripe (subscription billing), PostHog (product analytics), and AI service providers. Information you authorize through third-party integrations, such as Gmail, may also be exchanged with the relevant provider to carry out the action you requested.
Website analytics and public AI demonstrations
We use PostHog analytics and product events to understand site visits, feature usage and product performance. Depending on the website or application area, analytics may use cookies or similar browser identifiers and session recording with input masking. Technical safeguards reduce, but cannot eliminate, privacy risks. Public Beta demonstrations use Cloudflare Turnstile and technical rate limits to prevent abuse. The public demonstration is separate from an authenticated account. To respond, the service processes the text you submit through an AI provider. For research and product improvement, we may retain a redacted version of a submitted question, its language and an assigned topic category for up to 30 days, along with aggregated topic counts. We use daily pseudonymous, keyed IP-derived identifiers for abuse rate limits and delete those records after approximately seven days. Automated redaction cannot guarantee the removal of every personal detail. Do not enter passwords, payment details, health records or other sensitive information into the public demonstration.
Payments
Payments and subscription management are handled through Stripe. We receive billing references and subscription status needed to manage access; payment card entry takes place through the payment service.
Data protection and retention
We use access controls and private storage where applicable, including separation between user workspaces. No online service can promise absolute security. Retention varies by the category of data, account status, operational needs and applicable legal requirements. For the public demonstration, redacted question records are scheduled for deletion after 30 days and temporary abuse-control identifiers after seven days. Data in authenticated accounts, billing records and support submissions may be retained for different periods depending on service needs and legal obligations. Contact us about a specific data retention or deletion request.
Your choices and requests
You can choose what information to submit and which connected services to authorize. To request access, correction, deletion or information about your personal data, contact us using the address above. Your rights may vary by location and applicable law. We may need to verify your identity to protect account data before responding to a request.
