These terms describe the use of iAgenda Hub and Beta, developed and operated by Pawmify.

Service and company
iAgenda Hub and Beta are software services developed by Pawmify Pet Marketplace, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. These terms concern iAgenda Hub and Beta, not every independently operated product in the Pawmify portfolio.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for your account credentials and for the information you provide. Use the service lawfully and do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, upload unlawful content or interfere with other users.
What Beta does
Beta is an AI-powered assistant that helps organize information and support tasks, scheduling and other activities. AI-generated results can be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated. Review important outputs before relying on them; the service does not replace qualified professional advice.
Subscriptions, free trial and renewal
Eligible new subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial. A payment card is required to activate it, but the subscription fee is not charged at the start of an eligible trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription automatically continues as a paid monthly plan. Monthly subscriptions then renew until canceled in accordance with the checkout terms and applicable law.
The standard advertised subscription price is US$ 9.90/month. The final amount, currency, tax treatment and renewal details are presented in Stripe Checkout before you confirm. Your content
You remain responsible for the content and information you submit. You authorize the service to process that information as needed to provide the features you request, subject to our Privacy Policy.
Availability and changes
We work to make the service reliable, but interruptions and changes can occur. Some features depend on third-party providers, account permissions, device compatibility and network availability. Free public Beta demonstrations offer limited functionality and are not a substitute for a paid workspace. We may apply reasonable limits to protect availability and prevent abuse.
